Paraguay Data Center Company (“PDC”, “we”, “us”) operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect through the site, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to this website only, not to any separate commercial agreement you may have with us.
Information we collect
We collect information in two ways:
- Information you give us. When you complete the contact form we receive the name, organization, email address, interest category, and message you enter. We do not ask for, and ask that you do not send, sensitive personal data through this form.
- Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps — for security, abuse prevention, and aggregate traffic measurement.
How we use it
We use contact-form submissions solely to respond to your enquiry and to maintain a record of the correspondence. We use server logs to keep the site secure and available. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and third parties
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may store a single local preference recording whether you chose the English or Spanish version of the site; this stays on your device and is never transmitted to us.
All fonts, images, video, and scripts are served from this website itself — no third-party content delivery networks, font services, or tracking scripts are used. The only external party involved in operating the site is Netlify, which hosts it and processes contact-form submissions under its own privacy terms.
Retention
We keep contact-form submissions for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and then for the period required by applicable record-keeping obligations. Server logs are retained on a short rolling basis by our hosting provider.
Your choices
You may ask us to provide a copy of the information you have submitted, correct it, or delete it. Write to info@paraguaydc.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. Depending on where you are located, you may also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
